Crestline consultants partnered with a healthcare team to reduce the administrative and cognitive burden of clinical documentation using AI. Starting with a clear hypothesis to help clinicians save time on consultation notes while improving patient care, we ran structured product discovery with several clinicians to validate the highest-value problems across real consultation workflows. Our consultants then designed the end-to-end solution (capture → draft → clinician review → file), defined safe “clinician-in-the-loop” controls, and in coordination with our engineering arm, delivered a production-ready MVP aligned to common clinical note formats.
The MVP was piloted with 18 clinicians, and we rapidly incorporated feedback to improve usability, trust, and workflow fit. We then led the initial launch in Australia, including rollout planning, pricing, onboarding, adoption tracking, and early support processes. For CDS (Clinical Decision Support) features, we coordinated with regulatory bodies to commence the assessment of the product as a medical device. With increasing clinician usage and positive sentiment, we established a scalable roadmap and launch plan for expansion into Middle East region starting with UAE & KSA, incorporating localization and regional compliance considerations.
Crestline consultants partnered with a well reputed national level professional “Accounting” body to develop an AI solution that could perform exam gradings at or better than human experts. Hiring, retaining and paying assessors during every exam cycle is a highly complex activity that created a lot of risks and challenges for the accounting body.
Utilizing advances machine learning models and a multi-agent solution architecture, the MVP was designed and implemented for the first test run within 8 weeks (from inception). The system was then fine tuned to achieve human expert-level accuracy with each exam taking only (3) minutes in comparison to a human who took 70 minutes on average. The pilot was then extended to a sample of 500 exams and now the accounting body s planning to use the solution to benchmark human experts for the first time before fully rolling out the solution to replace up to 50% human experts which will then save the accounting body around 35% of their assessment costs.
